Leeanne was a Master Educator for a manufacturer for over 24 years which allowed her to travel the country sharing techniques and ideas with other industry professionals. She is the 2023 Recipient for the "Bestie" Award for Top Beauty Profession and Hairdresser in the CRMag readers choice awards.

When not doing hair, she effectively manages the Salon Company and our Team.

Elsa who described herself as
being "passionate" about doing hair when she interviewed with us. It was obvious that she was meant to be a Stylist. She immigrated to the US in 2018 and has not looked back since. Her motivation is to be admired as although she was already a Stylist from her birth country, she had to go back to school in NYS to obtain her License here. She wasted no time in doing it all the while working and taking care of her 3 children! Elsa is super friendly and always wants to please anyone she comes in contact with. Besides being adept in all things hair, she is exceptional in formal styling. We love having Elsa on our team!

Emily, who grew up in Delmar, graduated from Bethlehem High School and The Orlo School of Hair Design, joined our team as an Associate. Her passion for doing hair is evident and although at first glance you may think she is shy, she is not. She has a great ability to connect with guests in our salon and make them feel at ease. Although she is a fairly new professional in our industry, her skill level is top notch. She loves anything color but has enormous ability with cutting and styling. She follows what is on trend but also is proficient in classic looks so if you are unsure of what you may want, she can help you decide what look is right for you.
Courtney Weed

Courtney is our in house NYS Licensed Aesthetician. She will evaluate your skin and make recommendations as to what facial would be best for you. She loves being able to make your skin look its very best along with providing education as to how to optimize it. Her main go to line of GlymedPro professional pharmacutical grade products will make a huge difference on how your skin looks and feels. Besides general skin care, Courtney also does microdermabrasion, high frequency skin therapy, eye lash lifts, along with all types of waxing.

Adriana started with us doing her internship for the BOCES Cosmetology program. She was quick to jump in and help out with anything anyone needed. She didn't wait to be told to do something but rather she looked for something to do and that is exactly the type of team player we want. Upon her successful completion of her internship, we asked Adriana to join our team as an Associate. She really loves doing hair and now that she is fully licensed, she is waiting for you to sit in her chair. She especially loves Brazilian Blowouts and haircolor.

Jessica is always ready to help. She loves meeting and talking with people. She is a transplant from Georgia and definitely has that "southern charm" but is still adjusting to our winters here in the north so don't be surprised if you see her with a sweater on and it's still 70 degrees out.

Jacob is our newest intern. He is currently attending BOCES to get his license in Cosmetology. He is especially interested in barbering although he does really enjoy haircolor and the chemistry behind it. He is very motivated and loves to soak up all the information he can while he is in the salon. He is very good at multitasking along with helping the Stylists with anything they may need to be more efficient for their guests.
