Leeanne was a Master Educator for a manufacturer for over 24 years which allowed her to travel the country sharing techniques and ideas with other industry professionals. She is the 2023 Recipient for the "Bestie" and the 2024 finalist Award for Top Beauty Profession and Hairdresser in the CRMag readers choice awards.

When not doing hair, she effectively manages the Salon Company and our Team. Tammie was the winner for Top Hairdresser for the Bestie Awards for 2024 and 2025!

Savannah has a true passion for the industry. She attends all the advanced classes she can as she wants to be able to offer her guests the latest looks using the latest techniques that she has mastered. She loves anything color and especially customizing blonding techniques to fit each person. She also loves to personalize her haircut to work with the color and making sure the cut will style easily for them.

Emily, who grew up in Delmar, graduated from Bethlehem High School and The Orlo School of Hair Design, fit right into our staff right away. When she initially joined our Choices family, you could very quickly see she had excellent skills. Although at first glance you may think she is shy, she is not. She has a great ability to connect with guests in our salon and make them feel at ease. She loves anything color but has enormous ability with cutting and styling. She follows what is on trend but also is proficient in classic looks so if you are unsure of what you may want, she can help you decide what look is right for you.

Elsa who described herself as
being "passionate" about doing hair when she interviewed with us. It was obvious that she was meant to be a Stylist. She immigrated to the US in 2018 and has not looked back since. Her motivation is to be admired as although she was already a Stylist from her birth country, she had to go back to school in NYS to obtain her License here. She wasted no time in doing it all the while working and taking care of her 3 children! Elsa is super friendly and always wants to please anyone she comes in contact with. Besides being adept in all things hair, she is exceptional in formal styling. We love having Elsa on our team!
Adriana started with us doing her internship for the BOCES Cosmetology program. She was quick to jump in and help out with anything anyone needed. She didn't wait to be told to do something but rather she looked for something to do and that is exactly the type of team player we want. Upon her successful completion of her internship, we asked Adriana to join our team as an Associate. Since then, she has gone on to master many techniques. Whether its a Brazilian Blowout, highlights, or a bouncy blow out style, she will have you loving your hair.
Isabella Waldman

Isabella, or Izzy as we call her, will brighten your day just with her smile but she also will give you a spa experience at the shampoo area. Although she is small in stature, she is by no means small in the great service she provides. She is very passionate about our industry and can't wait to be behind the chair all the time. In the meantime, as a newly licensed professional, she is working on getting her "masters" in our field by working with our top Stylists and learning all the techniques they've learned along the way. She is accepting clients on specific days, so just call the salon and they can help book a reservation with her.

Jessica is always ready to help. She loves meeting and talking with people. She is a transplant from Georgia and definitely has that "southern charm" but is still adjusting to our winters here in the north so don't be surprised if you see her with a sweater on and it's still 70 degrees out.

Courtney is our in house NYS Licensed Aesthetician. She will evaluate your skin and make recommendations as to what facial would be best for you. She loves being able to make your skin look its very best along with providing education as to how to optimize it. Her main go to line of GlymedPro professional pharmacutical grade products will make a huge difference on how your skin looks and feels. Besides general skin care, Courtney also does microdermabrasion, high frequency skin therapy, eye lash lifts, along with all types of waxing. Courtney was a finalist for Bestie Awards for Aesthetician for 2025!
